And now it appears I'm banned for a week for this. There's a lesson to be learned here, kids I spent god knows how many hours buying chips every 48 minutes and then sitting by card tables and horse races and I played it legit - did not shuffle odds, jump sessions or close the game - but actually grinded chips by buying them or gambling. This doesn't make any sense, and I really would like someone to fix the error your system has made. In fact I urge you to do so, because I know I haven't done anything wrong. I haven't cheated in any way - you can go through my game history manually and see it for yourself. I have played each and every single race and shuffle of the cards myself, manually, spent hours upon hours trying to earn some chips for casino store items. If this is true, I would like someone to explain to me what have I done wrong. I tried to google this error message and all I could find were threads about people saying that when they got this message they were blocked from playing these games for a week.

I then went to the lucky wheel and tried spinning it but it said the same thing. I went to the cashier and clicked it, but it said 'sorry, this feature is not available for you'. Yeah, definitely not fixed and I'm fuming here. So I went into the diamond casino and resort, and wanted to redeem my daily chips.
